In order to provide you with better services, please read and fully understand these terms of service before you start to use our app and related services. If you do not agree with these terms, we will be unable to provide you with complete products and services, and you can choose to stop using. By agreeing to or using our app and related services at your own choice, you shall be deemed to have fully understood these terms of service and agree to accept.In this context, "you" and "your" refer to the organization.
General prohibition
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:
Use any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, etc.) other than our publicly supported interfaces to access, search or download any of our Intellectual Property;
Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including by virus, overload, flooding, spam or email bombardment;
Detect, scan or test our systems or networks for vulnerabilities or violations of any security or authentication measures;
Publish or disseminate any content that is deceptive or misleading or infringes the rights of others;
Decrypt, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used to provide it;
Sending information from altered, misleading or false sources, including "phishing";
Sending unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
Impersonate or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity; Encourage or allow any other person to do any of these things;
Planting malware or using your name to spread malware;
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Certain core functions of this application are provided by iFLYTEK Co., Ltd. via SDK technology, including:
Speech Synthesis, Real-time Speech Transcription, Audio File Transcription, Machine Translation, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
By utilizing the aforementioned functions, users acknowledge that they have read and agreed to iFLYTEK's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The results generated by the iFLYTEK SDK—specifically regarding speech recognition, translation, and OCR—are the product of AI-driven intelligent processing; they are provided for reference purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee by this application regarding the accuracy of said results.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the speech transcription, translation, or recognition services to upload or process content that is illegal, in violation of regulations, infringing upon intellectual property rights, classified/confidential, sexually explicit, politically sensitive, or related to violence and terrorism.
Users are prohibited from employing this service for activities such as large-scale automated data collection, commercial web scraping, stress testing, or malicious API calls.
Users shall bear full legal liability for any audio, image, or text content they upload.
Speech transcription, machine translation, and OCR are AI-driven technical services and may be subject to errors; this application does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
This application assumes no liability for any temporary unavailability of functions resulting from network failures, maintenance of third-party services, or regulatory/policy adjustments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this application disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users arising from their use of this service.
